Crazy Caves

How to Play Crazy Caves

You step into the boots of a seasoned miner working inside a dangerous underground cave. Your two main goals are simple but thrilling: mine valuable gems and gold coins, and protect your miner from being crushed by falling boulders.

Mining Gems for Rewards

Unlike games such as Mr Mine, where players dig deep underground, Crazy Caves uses a unique mechanic. Instead of drilling downwards, you throw pickaxes upward at giant gems that fall from the sky.

These massive gemstones bounce when they hit the ground, giving you multiple opportunities to damage them. Once a gem is fully destroyed, it breaks apart and drops either small purple gems or gold coins that you can collect. The more you break, the more rewards you earn.

Keep Your Miner Safe

Your miner automatically throws pickaxes, so your main concern is positioning. Large gems fall unpredictably, and even a single hit can knock out your miner. To stay alive, you need to move the miner to the left or right to avoid falling gems.

Step toward dropped coins to collect them before they disappear. Always stay aware of your surroundings, especially when multiple gems fall at once. Good movement is the difference between breaking records and restarting a run.

How to Mine Faster in Crazy Caves

To progress more quickly in Crazy Caves, you will need smart upgrades. These upgrades dramatically improve your mining efficiency and help you survive longer.

Three Essential Upgrade Types

Increase the Number of Pickaxes Thrown

More pickaxes mean faster gem destruction and higher gem/coin drops.

Boost Pickaxe Damage

Each throw deals more damage, allowing you to break huge gems before they become dangerous.

Double Your Gold Earnings

This upgrade multiplies the gold you collect, helping you unlock new power-ups and progress at a much faster pace.

Combine these upgrades, and you will notice your mining speed skyrocket.
