Doodle Jump

Basic Rules of Doodle Jump for Beginners

Navigate Doodle to the left or right

In Doodle Jump, the main character automatically jumps upward nonstop, and your job is to move him left or right to make sure he lands safely on floating platforms. Your run continues endlessly until Doodle falls into the void or gets hit by an enemy. You may love some other game, such as Poor Bunny, that requires control skills.

Watch out for dangers

  • Monsters: These creatures move horizontally and will knock Doodle down if he bumps into them. Fortunately, Doodle can shoot bullets to eliminate them when the path gets risky.
  • Black Holes: Randomly appearing between platforms, these swirling traps can pull in anything that comes too close. One wrong move, and your run ends instantly.

Types of Platforms in Doodle Jump

Although all platforms share the same size, each one has unique mechanics that affect your jumps and your survival chances.

Green Platform

The Green Platform (the basic foundation) is the most common type. It is solid, stable, and completely stationary, making it the safest platform to land on.

Blue Platform

Blue Platforms (moving challenges) are just as sturdy as green ones, but they move left and right, requiring precise timing and controlled movement to land correctly.

Brown Platform

Brown Platforms are cracked and will break instantly once Doodle touches them. This forces you to quickly find the next platform before he falls.

Useful Items That Boost Your Progress

Various items appear on the platforms, offering temporary boosts that help you climb faster and safer.

Propeller Hat and Rocket

These powerful items allow Doodle to shoot upward quickly, skipping a large portion of platforms without needing to jump manually. They are the fastest way to gain height in a short time.

Spring

Placed directly on platforms, the spring lets Doodle jump significantly higher than a normal bounce. Perfect for avoiding threats or reaching distant platforms.
